Acceptable Use Policy

This Policy applies to all prompts, assets, outputs, and automated actions submitted, generated, edited, saved, published, or shared through LinkBloom. You must also comply with the laws of your jurisdiction, the rules of the platforms where you run content, and the Terms of Service.

• Do not create, promote, or assist content involving illegal activity, regulated transactions, violent crime, terrorism, or sanctions evasion.
• Do not encourage real-world violence, self-harm, suicide, abuse, or dangerous challenges, or provide actionable instructions for serious harm.
• Do not incite hatred against, demean, or harass people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

• Generating or distributing NSFW content, nudity, pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual services, or content intended for sexual arousal is prohibited.
• Sexually suggestive or objectifying content and non-consensual intimate imagery are prohibited, including sexualizing or face-swapping real people.
• Any sexualization, exploitation, grooming, or nudity involving minors, or suspected child sexual abuse material, is absolutely prohibited — whether the content is real, fictional, or AI-generated.

• Do not use the Service for scams, phishing, money laundering, fake investments, forged credentials, fake reviews, or misleading commercial claims.
• Do not impersonate individuals, brands, governments, or institutions, or create deepfake content capable of misleading the public.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk marketing, manipulate engagement metrics, or circumvent ad-platform review.

• Do not upload, infer, or disclose sensitive personal information, identity credentials, financial information, precise location, or private communications without a lawful basis.
• Do not use another person’s likeness, voice, trademarks, copyrighted works, trade secrets, or other protected material without authorization.
• Do not harass, surveil, coerce, or discriminate against individuals through tracking, profiling, or generated content.

• Do not generate or distribute malware, ransomware, credential-stealing tools, destructive code, or unauthorized attack instructions.
• Do not probe, interfere with, or bypass the access controls, rate limits, content filters, or security measures of LinkBloom, third-party models, payment systems, or other services.
• Do not use automation to create large numbers of accounts, farm free allowances, scrape non-public data, or generate abnormal load.

Do not rely solely on LinkBloom output to make automated decisions about individuals in medical care, credit, insurance, employment, housing, education, law enforcement, immigration, or other areas with significant effects on their rights. When operating in regulated industries, you must obtain the required licenses and implement qualified human review.

We may investigate potentially violating content through automated detection and human review, and depending on severity may refuse generation, remove content, restrict features, revoke irregular allowances, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report to authorities as required by law.

Obfuscating prompts, splitting requests, encoding content, repeated retries, or switching accounts to evade moderation is itself a violation. If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, you may appeal via the contact method on this page.
