This Privacy Policy applies to the LinkBloom website, console, AI creative generation, and related services. By using LinkBloom you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you must ensure that you are authorized to provide us with information about that organization and its members.

We collect only the information needed to provide, protect, and improve the Service, mainly:

• Account and identity information: email address, display name, avatar, sign-in method, email verification status, and session information.
• Workspace content: product facts, brand materials, prompts, chat context, uploaded images, reference assets, generated results, and user feedback.
• Usage and device information: feature actions, task status, usage volume, error records, IP address, browser and device information, and security audit logs.
• Billing information: plan, subscription status, credit orders, transaction and customer identifiers, amounts, currency, refunds, disputes, billing cycles, and invoice-related information. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers; LinkBloom does not directly store full card numbers or payment account credentials.

• To create and maintain accounts, workspaces, team permissions, subscriptions, and creative credit balances.
• To understand prompts and assets, and to perform analysis, reasoning, generation, editing, quality evaluation, and version saving.
• To process payments, renewals, credit issuance and clawback, refunds, disputes, invoices, fraud prevention, and customer support.
• To monitor reliability, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, and protect the security of users, the platform, and third parties.
• To the extent permitted by applicable law, to analyze aggregated or de-identified data to improve the product experience and model workflows.

To complete the features you request, we may send the necessary prompts, assets, or technical data to processors that provide AI models, cloud computing, object storage, email, analytics, security, and payment services. Third-party payment providers process payment, tax, and billing information under the terms displayed on the checkout page and their own privacy policies.

We require processors to handle data only for the agreed purposes and to apply safeguards commensurate with the risk of their services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the product interface, we do not promise that any third-party model output is absolutely confidential or will never repeat.

We do not sell your personal information. We share necessary information only in the following situations:

• Providing processors with the minimum data required to deliver the Service.
• Within an organization workspace, showing collaborative content and activity records according to member roles.
• To comply with legal obligations or valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of users, the public, LinkBloom, and third parties.
• In the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, making the necessary handover while maintaining the level of protection under this Policy.

For as long as your account exists, we retain the data needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify the related data within a reasonable period; however, some records may be retained longer as required by law to meet accounting, tax, dispute-handling, security, and anti-fraud obligations. Data in backups is cleared according to the established rotation cycle.

Service providers and infrastructure may be located outside your country or region. Where cross-border processing occurs, we apply safeguards such as contracts, access controls, and data minimization in accordance with applicable law.

We protect information with measures such as access controls, encryption in transit, session management, permission isolation, audit logging, and backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security; if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or assets, please change your password immediately, revoke any abnormal sessions, and contact us.

Depending on the applicable law where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent-based processing. You can edit your profile, manage sign-in sessions, or delete your account under Account Settings.

LinkBloom is intended for business users with full legal capacity and is not directed at minors under 18. If we discover that we have collected a minor’s personal information without lawful authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this Policy as the product, the law, or our processing practices change. We will notify you of material changes via the website, the console, or other reasonable means, and update the date at the top of this page.
