- Is the free plan really free? Do I need a credit card?
- Yes. Sign up and get 100 one-time credits, no credit card required, enough to run the full creative-generation and image-fission workflow.
- Do credits expire or roll over to next month?
- Paid-plan credits are granted monthly, valid for that month only, and don't roll over. The free plan's one-time credits are granted once at sign-up, with no monthly top-up.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly credits. Failed generations are refunded in full automatically, so you never lose credits for nothing.
- Can I upgrade or switch plans anytime?
- Yes, upgrades take effect immediately for seats and product limits. You're charged a prorated difference for the rest of the cycle, and this cycle's credits are topped up by the difference between the two tiers — credits already used aren't affected.
- How many credits do generation and fission each use?
- A creative image costs about 10 credits, an image-fission output about 10 credits, master-image analysis about 3 credits, and deep product research about 12 credits. Use the credit calculator on this page to estimate your usage.
- Do failed generations cost credits?
- No. Failed generations are refunded in full automatically — you only pay for successful output.
- Does this support team collaboration?
- Yes. Every plan includes a number of member seats, from 1 seats on the free plan up to 15 seats on Enterprise, all collaborating in the same workspace.
- Are Creative Factory and Image Fission available on every plan?
- Yes. Creative Factory, Image Fission, and 7-dimension quality review are available on every plan — the difference is monthly credit allowance, seats, and product limits. Deep product research is available from the Starter plan up.
